Payment terms and conditions

You agree to comply with the practices, orders, operational regulations, policies, and guidelines regarding purchasing products through the platform, including any amendments thereto, which are issued and enforced by us. You are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the obligations under such changes once they are published on the platform. These terms and conditions of payment shall apply only to product orders and payments made by you and the seller.

1. You agree to pay for the product using a credit or debit card that can be used to pay legal debts.
2. You agree not to cancel subsequent payments unless: The order between you and the seller is not in accordance with the agreement. Product not delivered or the product you receive is significantly different from the description you received from the seller according to the seller's judgment.
3. You are aware of the regulations for refunds of successful payments only if the seller agrees and is the one who informs of the intention to refund the money.
4. You acknowledge that all refunds will be made through the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the payment.
5. You acknowledge that money back is not guaranteed to be credited to your account on time. Payment processing may take time and depends on each bank. and/or the payment service provider that processed the refund.

Order cancellation, exchange/return or modification policy

1. In the case of product returns due to the product not meeting standards, or not matching the details presented on www.simes-faifasupply.com, or if parts or components of the product are missing, or the product is defective or damaged without fault of the carrier, we will be responsible for replacing the product with a new one. However, the buyer is required to return the product at their own expense. Once the product has been delivered to us, we will inspect the damage and the completeness of the equipment.
2. The buyer must request a product exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any product exchange after the specified period has expired.
3. We reserve the right to evaluate product exchanges or returns, and our decision shall be considered final.
4. The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all accessories, documentation, and packaging intact.
5. We reserve the right not to allow the buyer to modify, amend, or cancel an order once the order has been confirmed or accepted.
6. We reserve the right to cancel the buyer's order and will notify the buyer as soon as possible without the need to provide a reason for the cancellation. The buyer has no right to claim any damages arising from such a cancellation.
