      A critical issue that every factory prioritizes and is greatly concerned about is the occurrence of fires. Fires in factories can arise from various causes, one of which is excessive heat. Heat issues can be detected using a Thermal Imaging Camera. At SYMES, we provide inspection services using Thermoscan Inspection equipment before annual maintenance to identify hotspots that exceed standard levels.

      The inspection covers areas such as wiring connections, circuit breakers, other equipment, and room temperatures to support analysis and decision-making. Additionally, we identify the causes of overheating and provide recommendations for resolving hotspots and preventing their recurrence.

     After the corrective actions are implemented, a follow-up Thermoscan Inspection will be conducted to confirm that the hotspots have been resolved and are now in normal, operational condition.

     Thermoscan inspection is crucial for targeted problem-solving and forms an integral part of Preventive Maintenance, ensuring the stability and safety of the power distribution system.
